How to Safely Use Our Ryko Softgloss MAXX & Touch Free Radius Automatic Car Wash Machines

Keeping your vehicle safe (and shiny!) is our top priority. Please follow these simple steps when entering, using, and exiting our In-Bay Automatic system:

1. Entering the Wash Bay

1. Approach the entrance slowly and follow the on-screen/pay station prompts. Insert your card and remove it fairly quickly, then select your wash package.

2. When the traffic light indicates ENTER, drive forward slowly until the system instructs you to stop.

3. When the STOP sign lights up, brake fully and put your vehicle in PARK.

Your vehicle MUST remain in PARK for the entire wash.

The Ryko Softgloss MAXX & Touch Free Radius machine will move around your vehicle, so staying still is critical for safety. Let the machine do all the work for once! But stay in PARK, please.

2. During the Wash Cycle

• Sit comfortably inside your vehicle.

• Keep your hands and feet off the pedals.

• Do NOT roll forward, backward, or steer.

• The machine will work completely around your parked vehicle.

• Enjoy the show!

3. Dry Cycle – IMPORTANT

When the dryers activate: The system will display a GREEN go/exit sign. Shift into drive and slowly pull towards the exit.

DO NOT BACK UP. We cannot stress this enough. Please slowly pull forward and keep a steady, slow pace until you are fully out from under the dryers. Backing up during the dry cycle is strictly prohibited and can cause damage to your vehicle or the equipment.

4. Exiting the Bay

• When the system displays GO or the green light turns on, shift into DRIVE and slowly exit the bay.

• Keep a steady, slow pace until you’re fully out from under the dryers.

PRO TIP: Our drying systems will not get your vehicle bone dry. What car wash does? We suggest keeping a microfiber cloth in your car and wiping any excess water off after you have exited the wash bay and parked in a designated spot.
